Quick shipping! Awesome product at a fantastic price. I received emails keeping me in the loop about my order and its delivery time.

It's now February 21, and I'm still waiting for my refund. My bank's fraud department is on it, and they've labeled it as fraud. NT Electronics sent me another misleading email, complete with a fake PayPal screenshot claiming a "refund". They told me to wait 1-3 days, but surprise, surprise—8 days later, still nothing. PayPal confirmed that screenshot is totally fake. Seriously, steer clear of this place. Don't fall for those "positive" reviews; that was my first blunder.

Another thing, this seller keeps pointing fingers at PayPal for the refund mess. But I didn't even use PayPal! They told me there's no record of this transaction. Plus, they only refund purchases made through them. I was advised to reach out to my card issuer and report NT Electronics as fraudulent. My bank was already in the loop about my issue, and after I shared my chat with PayPal, they escalated it to a fraud investigation. I really have to wonder about those glowing reviews for this company. I hope I'm just an isolated case. NT Electronics has gone quiet and isn't replying to my emails. They never pick up the phone either. Very sketchy operation.

As I mentioned earlier, I was promised a full refund since they didn't have the item. That was on Tuesday, January 31. Ten days later, still no refund in sight. I've had to reach out to my bank and file a claim. Just a heads up—they know how to take your cash but seem clueless when it comes to giving it back.

Amazing tower, quick as a flash

This is a follow-up to my previous review. Dropping my score from 2 to 1. Just got the news that the item I ordered is out of stock. Their website showed 2 available when I placed my order, then it changed to 1 after I bought it. A shipping label was generated with FedEx two days later. The system appears to update in real-time. But seriously, why inform FedEx if you didn’t actually have the product? The only good thing is they mentioned a full refund is on the way. I’d steer clear of this place.

I’m really hoping to adjust this rating. The expected delivery date for my package was February 2. Well, it’s February 2 and FedEx still hasn’t received my package. I shot an email on February 1 inquiring about my order, but I haven’t gotten a response yet. If their customer service improves, I might reconsider my review.

It showed up in the mail today. I placed the order back in October for a Christmas present. I suppose better late than never, right?

I’m curious to see how the Lenovo performs, but I gotta say, the delivery experience was pretty darn good.

I got an open box item. Nowhere on the product page did it say anything about that, at least not that I noticed. It looks like it hasn't been used and functions well, but they really should've pointed out that it was an open box deal.

I placed an order for an iPad Pro to give as a present, but they just canceled it out of the blue, no explanation or even a heads-up email. I even took the time to reach out to them afterward to ask what happened, and they didn’t even have the decency to respond.

This is a fresh product at an amazing price, plus it arrived super quick.

This company really exceeded my expectations with their delivery to my PC. Here’s how it went down:

- It shipped super quick. I had it at my doorstep in just 2 days. Crazy, right?

- When it arrived, I ran into a minor problem with the PC. Honestly, I was a bit lost on how to sort it out. It was New Year’s Eve, but the seller was more than happy to help me through the issue, and it worked perfectly. They also honored their return policy and immediately offered me the chance to send it back if it didn’t work out.

- The fact that they were ready to assist me on a holiday says a lot. Their customer service is top-notch.

- The PC showed up in excellent condition. Just as described, not a single screw missing.

- Overall, I’d definitely recommend them and would buy from them again. Seriously, you won’t regret it.
